Real-time Bookkeeping

With our real-time bookkeeping service we’ll take over the day to day transactions in your business.  We will pay bills, invoice customers, record checks written and credit/debit card charges, record money collected and deposited and assist with & record payroll.  This is a complete bookkeeping and accounting solution.

Bookkeeping After-the-Fact

If you want or need to manage your own transactions day to day, we can professionally record your transactions into QuickBooks each period and subsequently provide you with reports.  This we call our After-the-Fact bookkeeping service.

Bookkeeping Review

For those who prefer to do it all themselves, we offer a monthly or quarterly review of the information.  We will review the accounting transactions you or your staff have entered and make corrections or enhancement where needed.  This is our accounting review package.
